Crews Battle Working Fire in Freezing Cold Temperatures

Engine 811B was operating on an early morning working house fire (Box Alarm 01-11) in the 3000 block of Rosemary Lane. Engine 811B was dispatched as the 3rd due engine but upon arrival was upgraded to 1st due. Truck 34 arrived with fire showing from the 2nd floor of a 2 story wood frame dwelling. Ambulance Runs Call for One Overturned

Branchville Ambulance 811B, along with units from Companies 12 and 14, were dispatched to Greenbelt Road (MD Rt 193) at Rhode Island Avenue around 4:30am for a reported motor vehicle accident with one vehicle overturned. Nothing was discovered at that location but the sight of police units moving west on Rt 193 suggested the incident was just East of Rt 1 on Rt 193 at 48th Avenue where Rt 193 takes ... Malicious pull of fire alarm brings crews

Early in the 9 o'clock hour this evening, Branchville Engine 811B was dispatched to Company 34's area to investigate an automatic fire alarm at the Casa of Maryland in the 8100-blk of 15th Avenue. Upon arrival with Truck 834, crews investigated and discovered person/persons unknown had pulled the alarm system. Street Alarm on 49th Ave

At approximately 8:30pm, Branchville Engine 811B was dispatched for a Street Alarm in the 9800-blk of 49th Ave. Upon arrival, crews pulled the cross-lay hose and advanced to the area where the caller reported that an electrical outlet was smoking on the kitchen wall. Engine runs minor traffic accident

Engine 811B, Ambulance 811B, and Assist Chief 811B was called at 23:22 hours for the motor vehicle accident on Interstate 95/Captial Beltway. Company 11 crews arrived on scene to find 2 vehicles on right side shoulder with Maryland State Police.
