Second Fire of the Day for Branchville

Around 0940 this morning firefighters from Branchville were clearing a call in Company 14's area when the Engine was alerted to a possible house fire in Company 1's first due. Engine Company 11 responded with four volunteers as the second due. While responding units were advised that Communications was receiving several calls on this incident. E801 arrived on scene at 3415 Rutgers St, discovered a one story single family with smoke showing, and took their own hydrant. Co. 11 arrived on scene moments later, established a secondary water supply, and pulled a 200 foot attack line. Co.1 discovered a small fire in a bedroom, and the incident was quickly scaled back. Units from Branchville cleared the fire ground just after 1030.
